2019 Western Heritage Awards

The National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum’s Western Heritage Awards was established in 1961 to commemorate the American West by honoring individuals for their creative works in literature, music, television, and film.

Presented by celebrity hosts, this Western black-tie event also honors individuals who have made significant contributions to Western heritage with their inductions into the Hall of Great Western Performers and Hall of Great Westerners, as well as the presentation of the Chester A. Reynolds Memorial Award and Lifetime Achievement Award.

Jeff Lippencott was honored during the prestigious 2019 Western Heritage Awards weekend on April 12 - 13 for Original Western Composition 2019 - “Frontier Symphony.” Click the link HERE to listen to the concert work and learn more about the project.
